What if a date/time I'm interested in is not available?

If you are interested in a date/time that you don't see available online, please reach out to us via phone or email. We will do everything we can to get you booked for a fun adventure!

What will be provided?

Are there any restrictions?

Height: 5'1"- 6'4"
Max Weight: 275 lbs
Age: Must be 16 years or older to participate (willing to make exceptions for single riders that are experienced and meet the height requirement)
No flip-flops or open-toed shoes.
No pregnant guests due to fall risk.

How is the terrain?

The terrain to the Hoover Dam passing through the Historic Railroad Trail is for beginners that would like a leisure eBike tour overlooking Lake Mead. This trail is fairly smooth with mild twists and turns.

How long is the trail?

The total distance one way is 3.5 miles and 7 miles total round trip.

Which hotels do you pick up from?

We will pick you up from any hotel located on or near the strip. (please contact us for exceptions)
We will reach out to you via text to get this information from you after you book.

How long should I plan for the meet eBike excursion?

The full tour will be about 2 hours depending on group speed.
The time you book for is the time you must be at the meeting point. This is the time safety guidelines will begin.
Since guests will be driving themselves to the meeting point, please account for your personal travel time.

How long should I plan for the hotel pickup eBike excursion?

Recommended year-round gear?

Close-toed athletic shoes
Comfortable athletic/biking attire (at least knee-length bottoms to prevent chafing)
Sunglasses (if choosing not to wear goggles)

**Cancellation Policy**

We will provide a full refund for guest cancellations within 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to inclement weather or safety issues. Reservations canceled by Cityscape Cycling will be fully refunded.
